ndiana Urban Schools Association (IUSA) Full-Time | State of Indiana (Hybrid/Remote with Travel)The Indiana Urban Schools Association (IUSA) is seeking a strategic, collaborative leader to serve as its next Executive Director.IUSA represents urban public school students across Indiana and advocates for policies and resources that support the success of urban students. The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of the organization, leading legislative advocacy, strategic planning, member engagement, and organizational operations in alignment with Board priorities.Key Responsibilities

● Serve as IUSA’s primary spokesperson and advocate at the Statehouse● Implement Board-approved strategic initiatives

● Build and maintain strong relationships with member superintendents and stakeholders● Oversee operations, communications, and financial managementQualifications● Proven public education leadership experience

● Deep understanding of Indiana’s K-12 policy and legislative landscape● Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

● Strong organizational and financial oversight abilitiesCompensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
